Very spacious and comfortable
The accommodation was very spacious and comfortable. It was very close to the Duomo and the Central Market, which made it very convenient for walking around and visiting Florence. The owner was also kind, providing explanations and a lot of help.
A great stay!
We had a great stay! The apartment is very central and made it super easy to get around Florence. When we had a small issue with the water heater, the host sent instructions immediately and was very helpful.

Elegant, Spacious, and Perfectly Located!
The room is spacious, very elegant, and modern, equipped with all the necessary comforts. It is strategically located in the city center and is an excellent choice for exploring Florence.
Great location, near lots of the main tourist sites but once in the apartment, a very peaceful haven from all the hustle. Loved sitting out on the terrace. Very friendly and helpful check in.
Terrace views worth every moment!
My husband and I loved our stay here during our honeymoon! The location is very walkable to the rest of the city but still quiet and peaceful. The view from the terrace was amazing, which we enjoyed cooking dinner one night and eating it on the terrace. The space is small but the views make it worth it and is still good for a couple.
Great
Staff was very friendly. They met with us to hand over the keys and show us around the apartment. The place was in a great location. It worked out well for our big group of people. We could spread out throughout the apartment and not hear each other.
A perfect location
We really enjoyed our stay here! The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect—walkable to the main tourist attractions and the Central Station, with groceries and restaurants nearby but still quiet at night.
Comfortable apartment full of charm in a quiet neighbourhood
+ Just like the photos, the apartment is full of character and charm but equipped with all the mod cons for a comfortable holiday. Aircon in the bedrooms was excellent but the kitchen upstairs was very hot as we were then for three days in 38 degree heat - definitely not the apartment’s fault! Loved the terrace and the view. Santa Croce is a quieter neighbourhood which we enjoyed, short walk to a supermarket for supplies, but at least 20 minute walk to the train station.
Perfect Local Experience in Florence
Every detail was carefully thought out, and the apartment is truly charming. The Acacia Firenze team was very helpful and always ready to assist with any request. Living like a local in Florence was perfect.
Beautiful place
Absolutely amazing hosts!!! This Airbnb was beautiful and perfect in the best location. Just be mindful there are stairs! (as is all of Italy)

Definitely a great place to stay!
The area is really nice, with plenty of great restaurants nearby and excellent public transport options close by. Everything is walkable, which makes it super convenient to get around. On top of that, the hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the stay even better. Definitely a great place to stay!
I cannot praise this place enough. The location is fantastic with so many restaurants and coffee shops on your doorstep but once you're inside the apartment you cannot hear a sound from the busy street. The place is well furnished with everything you could which made our week stay there. The hosts are quick to answer any questions you may have and very accommodating on late check in times etc.
A beautiful apartment
A beautiful apartment in the very center of Florence. Wonderful to be so close to the Uffizi and Duomo! Due to the holidays however, the noise from the street was deafening! They kindly supply earplugs. For us it was fun to be in the middle of all the festivities!
This was a fabulous place. Incredibly clean, modern and bright! The location was fantastic, close to the center but not so close that you deal with crowds, just a lovely old school neighborhood. Diana was always very attentive. we would stay here again in a heartbeat. One thing to note is that the internet was sometimes not stable enough for work-related high zoom meetings etc. That is a small thing though. This place is worth it!

This was a fabulous place. Incredibly clean, modern and bright! The location was fantastic, close to the center but not so close that you deal with crowds, just a lovely old school neighborhood. Absolutely PERFECT!!!
The location was absolutely PERFECT!!! We were in the center of everything, but with that comes the noice. If you don’t mind it being loud at night, then this place is for you! The host was very responsive and informative. They gave us a map of all the best places to see and eat at. Very clean and large! Had a wonderful time staying here!

The most beautiful street in Florence
We spent a month here. The apartment is wonderful ♥️, equipped with everything we needed, and we are very happy. This street is the most beautiful in Florence.
A great location
We had a wonderful stay at Calla. It was comfortable and had everything we needed, and Diana was a friendly and responsive host. The location is great - walkable to the Duomo, train station, etc. and next to some amazing restaurants and gelaterias. I would certainly stay here again.

Super central location
The apartment had plenty of space for 4 couples each with our own ensuite. We had an outdoor courtyard which was a great gathering spot as well as room inside if needed. The apartment was clean and had everything you need. The aircon also worked well in all rooms. The friendly host greeted us and explained how everything worked and some local tips. A stand out was the location. It was super central with a supermarket across the street and easy walk to Duomo and other attractions.
Very well located apartment, that is good value for money. It’s small - but that is to be expected for the area and is not really a problem in Florence where you spend all day seeing things.

Lovely apartment - spacious, comfortable, and beautifully furnished. Kitchen was fully outfitted. Bathrooms were spotless. Quality linens. Great location with grocery store and restaurants very close by. Museums, points of interest, and shopping were within 15-30 minute walking distance. Diana and her team were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.
A very, very cool apartment!
The location is UNBELIEVABLE! Perfect place to stay in Florence. It's in the heart of the action but you are do high it's quiet. Close to cafes, restaurants, the kai market, leather stalls. Honestly it's perfect. The apartment is super unique and very, very cool. The rooftop terrace is beautiful and the view from the bedroom skylight was a wonderful surprise! We loved the kitchen and all the utensils for living, cooking, eating etc. The bathroom is big and so is the shower! We loved the location!

Great location! Located near lively Santo Spirito square. Lots of restaurants, cafes and bars. Busy neighborhood, so expect to hear the street foot traffic. Apartment is perfect for one, snug for two. Clean. Comfy bed. Spacious shower compared to other Italy stays.
Excellent !
Excellent ! Tres bel appartement, spacieux (nous etions 6 et chacun avait son espace et son intimite), tres propre avec mobilier de qualite. Proche de tout ( a deux pas du duomo) dans une rue animee mais paisible. Hote tres reactif, accueillant, l'arrivee s'est tres bien passée (Yelena qui nous a acceuilli etait adorable), instructions tres claires. Nous etions ravis !

We had a wonderful stay! It was a perfect location, had everything we needed! Diana was very responsive and kind. We are very grateful for our stay. If you have a lot of luggage keep in mind space is limited, but over all a very useful and beautiful space. Would stay again!

An excellent apartment ideal for families or three couples
We spent Christmas and New Year’s there with our family. The apartment is excellent and very suitable for three couples. The location is wonderful for everything we wanted to do. The only small drawback is a bit of noise coming from the street in the bedroom with the front-facing windows. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.
Just steps away from all the main attractions
We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in the heart of Florence! The location couldn’t be better — just steps away from amazing restaurants and all the main attractions. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful panoramic view of the city from above. Our host was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay, making everything smooth and easy. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Florence.
Great location for a girls trip
The location suited us. 15 minute walk to most sites. Train station a 25 min walk. Comments were made, how lovely and comfortable the beds were. It was lovely to sit and relax in the lounge. Some bedrooms face onto the street, and I would say it wasn't a busy street but at night, noise does travel. Hint:put heavy sleepers in street side bedrooms
We would love to stay back here
We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was beautiful ! The staff was very friendly and helpful . The apartment was very clean and really comfortable . We were able to walk to the places we wanted to visit and there were great restaurants close to the apartment. If we come to Florence again we would love to stay back here.

A cute apartment with a giant tube!
We had a wonderful time! This Airbnb is in a wonderful location! Nice and clean! We stayed here on our honeymoon and would definitely stay again if we were in the area! The host was so kind and even create a day/night map to provide all sorts of recommendations for activities, food, etc! The giant tub might be my favorite part of this cute apartment!

This apartment is close to all the main attractions. The duomo is within a 5 minute walk. The courtyard was nice place to spend time either having a meal or sharing some drinks. The host provided detailed instructions and was very helpful. We would stay here again.

A Florence Gem Worth Returning To!
The location is excellent—5–10 minutes on foot from the train station, 5 minutes from the Duomo, and 35 minutes from Piazzale Michelangelo! The apartment is very spacious, spotless, and tidy! The staff gave us a detailed introduction to every detail of the room and recommended restaurants and attractions in Florence! It’s fantastic and definitely worth visiting many times!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Florence! The place was super cool and exactly what we were looking for—great value for the price. The location couldn’t have been better, within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. What really made the experience exceptional was Diana. She went above and beyond, helping us make restaurant reservations and even arranging our taxi pickup. She was available at all times, even after hours, and made us feel truly taken care of. Highly recommend—100%!
A lovely outdoor space to share and enjoy the spring weather
First of all, a big thank you to Diana and the staff for their warm welcome and helpful advice. The apartment was exactly as described; each of us had a private full bathroom in our bedroom, which gave us complete privacy. The outdoor space is perfect for getting together and enjoying the mild spring weather. Just a short walk from the Duomo, the apartment is very well located, with excellent restaurants nearby.

A cozy place in a lovely neighborhood
We really enjoyed staying in this neighborhood, away from the busier center of Florence. There were so many restaurants, shops, cafes, and bars that we wish we had more time to try. The best gelato in Florence is also around the corner.
Superb!
Our stay here was excellent! This apartment is in a superb location near Santa Croce church and the Arno- walk to shops and food. My family and I stayed for 9 nights in mid Nov with our 2 kids, and the grandparents. The apartment was incredibly clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all the essentials to cook a dinner. Beds very comfortable. The apt was higher end than most Airbnbs. And it was much nicer than the other places we stayed in Italy and where our other family members were staying. Superb! I felt like I was staying in a relatives beautiful apartment. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to the team at Acacia for making our trip easy and special!

A great place to stay
We had the most wonderful weekend. We were met by a friendly host who spent time explaining were to find everything and gave us a map with tips for where to visit and places to eat. We couldn't have been in a better position to enjoy all that Florence has to offer. The cathedral is less than a 5 minute stroll away. The apartment was as described and as per the photos. Lovely high ceilings, but cosy and warm for our winter trip. The beds were comfy, with good quality bedding and towels. All in all a great place to stay.

Amazing place
Diana’s place is in an amazing position. She provided earplugs which was much appreciated & needed. When booking just consider whether you can carry your luggage up 88 steps but it is well worth doing so. The view from the windows is extraordinary.
Peace and quiet in the heart of Florence
The perfect location when you want to be near the sights but have peace and quiet when you are in the apartment. The neighborhood is filled with restaurants, cafes, and great gelato places.
The perfect stay
I’ve been to Florence many times and I’ll tell you this is the perfect stay. It’s central, beautiful, full of stuff to do and also pretty quiet for the city center! Also, the backyard is beautiful and huge. Don’t miss the wine bar Next door.

Great spot
We spent a lot of time on the spacious, private terrace. The views are spectacular. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping around. They were very responsive and helpful. They allowed us to store our bags at the office and they helped us to book an early morning taxi. Great spot.
Great location
The apartment in the old palace is huge, even the bathrooms. As it is an old building, the second floor is really high. The plus side is that the rumours from the street are muffled, but if you have a heavy suitcase, get ready for a lot of stairs. Kitchen is equipped really well. A supermarket where you can get groceries is just across the street, so are a couple of nice bars and restaurants. You will be practically in the heart of Florence, a few minutes away from the Duomo. Great location.

Huge Gorgeous Apartment!
The apartment is amazing! Huge, with high ceilings and even a little balcony. Lots of space, very fast wi-fi, washing machine/laundry room - even a little gym! All the sites of Florence are well within walking distance, and the supermarket next doors if fantastic. If seems small at first, but stretches far back. There is no lift, and four flights of stairs. That didn't bother us at all, but worth noting.

We absolutely loved our stay. You do have to climb stairs to the unit, but it’s totally worth it. Once you get up, having the windows open is awesome! The air conditioning works great. With windows closed we did not hear any noise at night and slept very well. We would love to return!
This place is a dream- with a view of the Medici Chapels right outside your window and beautiful furnishings, it feels like it is out of a movie. It’s very spacious for a couple and was also very clean. The location is extremely central, right near the Duomo, San Lorenzo church, Medici Chapels & Palace. Nothing in Florence was more than a 15 min walk. The streets are lively, but very quiet and peaceful at night. Diana was super helpful and allowed for us to even check in early. Highly recommend!
Diana's apartment is great, even better than the photos. We loved the character of the place combined with mod cons such as air conditioning in the huge bedrooms. Sure, the stairs kept us fit and the balcony was not the easiest to access but the view made it worth the effort. Thank you Diana for being a great host. We recommend you to others!
Best Location
The best location in Florence! This apartment was the absolutely perfect way to start our Italian honeymoon! The apartment was pristine, well equipped and had everything we could ask for! The views from every window made it such a memorable experience! Thanks Diana! We would love to return one day!
Very much enjoyed my stay! Everything I needed was provided in this thoughtful and stylish space. Location is very walkable; it is close enough to all the main sites but far enough to be peaceful. Comfortable linens and pillows. Safe, clean. Used a lighter from drawer to light stove. Shower was small but usable. It wasn’t too bad, but I opened the bathroom window to help with mild damp smell from time to time. The company arranging it (Acacia) seems well organized and responsible. Host was very responsive and friendly, especially when I needed some extra advice due to delayed luggage and had questions about transportation. I very much appreciated the gracious support. Overall really enjoyed my stay here, a wonderful way to visit Florence!
