Cosmea is a little studio apartment. Best of all, however, I like the private roof terrace, which offers guests expansive views over the city and the river. Looking out from the absolute tranquillity of the terrace, you will be able to enjoy the amazingly beautiful scene of the embrace between the Arno River with the Duomo and Uffizi Gallery.
A family home that delivers on style and substance, its location in San Niccolo’ is a stone's throw away from Ponte Vecchio and Piazzale Michelangelo. Although the steps, this home features one of the best views in our collection, both from its neatly presented terrace as well as the living room full of modern features.

“My husband and I loved our stay here during our honeymoon! The location is very walkable to the rest of the city but still quiet and peaceful. The view from the terrace was amazing, which we enjoyed cooking dinner one night and eating it on the terrace. The space is small but the views make it worth it and is still good for a couple.

The unit itself was very comfortable and functional. Everything you need is there including a private terrace with the most incredible view of Florence. Do yourself a favor and book this rental for the views alone if not for its location or value.

Cela vaut largement la peine de monter ces escaliers pour atteindre l’appartement puis la terrasse. Diana fait tout pour que l’on passe le meilleur séjour possible. Elle nous a proposé un early check-in et un départ tardif afin que nous n’ayons pas à transporter nos bagages en arrivant et le jour du départ et a pris de nos nouvelles régulièrement. Ponte Vecchio is one of the most famous monuments of Florence. It lies where the two banks of the river are at closest range and it is the center of tourist flow. For Florentines, crossing the bridge during the daytime is quite a task. Yet every time they spot it every time they walk along the Lungarni, it is like their hearts melt. Gold, live music, the locks from lovers along the handlebar. All is careful studied to make it a dream place.
Lungarni and Views
The relationship with the river plays a very important role in the look of our city. He only part that has no view of the river is Borgo San Jacopo, with is palaces directly overlooking the river banks and the terraces that seem floating in the air, privileged rooms with a view. Every quarter has its Lungarno. And maybe some of you, leaning on the parapet, will find the courage for a timeless kiss.
Inside and Outside the Big Mess
I is always a mystery how it is possible to pass from an empty place to a crowded one within just a few steps. He main street is so crowded you cannot even see your feet but everything changes as soon as you hit a small side street or an arc. The secrets held in streets like Costa de' Magnoli, via del Canneto and Costa San Giorgio are wisely kept.
