1 Bedroom Apartment

The apartment is really in the center of Florence, where you can move easily, in a few minutes, indeed a few steps, from the neighborhoods where the city nightlife lives and develops, but being also "neighbors" of different monuments and sculptures that are very famous and above all beautiful.

“Accueil et assistance au top. Appartement agréable, spacieux, bien équipé, calme, très bien situé. Juste qu'il faut savoir qu'il y a 76 marches pour monter à l'appartement. Cela se fait...
“Staff were amazing! The best I have found so far in Italy. Coped with an old lady's stupidity kindly and with a smile. Sofa bed really comfy. Only downside? Innumerable stairs to get up there, so best if you're fit. Though had I looked properly, I would have seen that. Lovely people. Even the cleaning man carried my case down. Thoroughly recommend for the best customer service possible
“Diana’s place was excellent and just what we needed for a short trip to Florence. The apartment was spacious cosy and clean with all the items you will need for your trip including a good shower excellent kitchen and air con. The apartment is next to lots of shops (inc supermarket) and restaurants. Other reviews said it could be noisy but this wasn’t our experience. Diana was really proactive about communicating with us both when we booked and shortly before we arrived. This included navigating the online booking and the completion of the Tuscany tenancy arrangements. The arrangements to collect the keys were great and at the office one of the team gave us a map and very helpfully pointed out some places of interest and other information to make our stay great. Diana very helpfully made us aware on the day of street closures as a result of a medieval football match taking place in Santa Croce and whilst it was tricky to navigate street closures Diana’s advice was v helpful.
“A lovely apartment in the heart of Florence. Literally round the corner from Santa Croce. It's spacious, clean and ( in a chilly week in March) warm and cosy. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything that you could possibly want. Upper level bedroom full of light with views over the rooftops to Santa Croce church. The There are a couple of bars on the street below which can become noisy at night but as the apartment is on the top floor and the bedroom is a back not facing the street it is not a disturbance. Overall highly recommended.
“What an absolute pleasure it was for us to stay in this charming apartment! My husband and I stayed for over one month, and it was fully equipped with everything we could have possibly needed. When we arrived and entered the apartment, it was clean, comfortable, and bright. The kitchen has a lovely window that lets so much light into the apartment, and the view is stunning! The bedroom window also allows the most amazing Florentine light in the morning, and at night, you get a beautiful view of the top of Santa Croce! Throughout our stay, everything worked very well - the tv, the internet, the washing machine, the dishwasher, all the kitchen appliances, and the air conditioning! The location of the apartment is absolutely awesome!!! There are so many great restaurants and bars very near! Right downstairs there is a pizzeria called Ti Do Una Pizza - go there and you'll have the most delicious pizza (they have traditional, vegan, and gluten-free options)!!! You are within walking distance to absolutely everything you'd like to see while vacationing in Florence. Piazza Santa Croce is a one minute walk away, Palazzo Vecchio is about a 3-4 minute walk, and the beautiful Duomo is 7-8 minutes away. Choose this apartment and you will be extremely happy and satisfied with your stay in Florence! Diana is such a wonderful host. She is incredibly welcoming, and willing to help with absolutely everything! She responds instantly with whatever question you may have! Whether your stay is for a week or a month, Diana will help make your stay in this lovely apartment so wonderful! We couldn't be happier! Thank you so much, Diana!!!

Santa CroceThe charm of past centuries, the taste of the present days. Take a sit in the middle of Piazza Santa Croce and choose which side you like better

The main square, Piazza Santa Croce, is embellished by typical food stores and handcrafts shops, great restaurants, bars and pubs but especially by the great and splendid Santa Croce Basilica. It is an excellent example of a quintessential ‘Renaissance square’, where perfect and impressive architectural geometry has been designed around the life of the community and its citizens. The best Italian artists have worked and left their works in this church. Among them, Brunelleschi, Cimabue, Donatello and Giotto. Here you will also and the tombs of Galileo, Michelangelo and Machiavelli.
An Appointment with History
It is very common to meet a friend at the base of Dante’s monument. The statue lies next to the staircase leading to the church. Visiting the church and the many important artists and scientists buried there and take a look at the cloister, the Pazzi Chapel and the annexed museum is absolutely a must.
Sandwiches of Art!
In Via de' Neri are a few delis. You can easily spot them by the long lines around them. Schiacciata, the typical Italian bread, is stuffed with salami, cheese and season vegetables. A nice glass of wine and the party of good taste can start, right in the middle of the street.
