How do I get the keys of the apartment?
In short
We cannot guarantee your check-in if you do not email 2-3 days prior to your arrival to pre-arrange a Check-in time. We normally consider, to arrive to your apartment, half hour time from main train station by taxi and 1 hour time from landing at Florence airport.
At your arrival in town, due to ever-changing flight and travel schedules please contact us by sms/whatsapp/phone/email to confirm your arrival. We will meet you outside your apartment shortly after your call. One of our team* will meet you at the apartment, provide you with your keys, show you around the apartment and ensure you are settled and have everything you may need.
*In some apartments the owner of the apartment will welcome you.
* ON some apartment there is the self checkin with codes:so useful and allows to check in with no surcharge until late
In case of more than half an hour delay from meeting time without any notice it will be required to collect keys at our office premises from 10 – 6,30 pm.
