“My husband and I loved our stay here during our honeymoon! The location is very walkable to the rest of the city but still quiet and peaceful. The view from the terrace was amazing, which we enjoyed cooking dinner one night and eating it on the terrace. The space is small but the views make it worth it and is still good for a couple.

“My stay at Cosmea was remarkable. Diana ‘s unit was perfectly situated across the Arno river and right near Ponte Vecchio. The Oltrano neighborhood is perfect for those who want to feel like a local and yet be able to become a tourist by walking anywhere within minutes. All major attractions are close by. The unit itself was very comfortable and functional. Everything you need is there including a private terrace with the most incredible view of Florence. Do yourself a favor and book this rental for the views alone if not for its location or value.

Cela vaut largement la peine de monter ces escaliers pour atteindre l’appartement puis la terrasse. Diana fait tout pour que l’on passe le meilleur séjour possible. Elle nous a proposé un early check-in et un départ tardif afin que nous n’ayons pas à transporter nos bagages en arrivant et le jour du départ et a pris de nos nouvelles régulièrement. Simbolo architettonico della città di Firenze, il Ponte Vecchio si trova al centro dei transiti turistici. Per i fiorentini è quasi off-limits attraversarlo durante le ore del giorno, ma ogni volta che capita di vederlo dai lungarni, è un tuffo al cuore. Le caratteristiche vetrine dei gioiellieri, la musica dal vivo, i lucchetti degli innamorati appesi alla balaustra: tutto è studiato per produrre un'atmosfera sognante.
Lungarni e vedute
La relazione con il fiume caratterizza moltissimo l'estetica della nostra città. L'unico tratto che non gode della vista del fiume si trova in corrispondenza di Borgo San Jacopo, con i suoi palazzi a ridosso del corso d'acqua e le terrazzine appese per aria, gli scorsi privilegiati di camere con vista. Per il resto ogni quartiere ha il suo Lungarno a Firenze. Sarà sulla spalletta del fiume che sarà trovato il coraggio per un bacio.
Dentro e fuori dalla bolgia
'E un mistero come si passi dal pieno al vuoto in pochi passi in questa parte della città. La via principale è talmente affollata che non si vedono neanche le piastrelle ma basta imboccare un vicolo, un arco, e tutto cambia. I segreti custoditi da stradine come Costa de' Magnoli, via del Canneto, Costa San Giorgio sono segreti amabilmente custoditi.
